Our Policy
Shipping & Handling
Please allow 1-2 weeks before your item is shipped. For custom orders this wait time can vary between 2-6 weeks. This is due to careful packaging of each item (which can take some time)
All orders are packed and padded carefully to ensure items wont be damaged
All items are shipped via Australia Post and tracking numbers can be provided
Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns on art work, so please choose carefully.
Custom orders require a 50% non refundable deposit, if you are unhappy with your piece after it is made, you will not receive the deposit back.
If you received the wrong order, or there is another issue, please contact us so we can help you out.
Caring For Your Art
Every artwork is fragile, once the piece is dry it can be easily chipped or damaged. Please be mindful of this when moving your art around.
All pieces should be hung away from direct sunlight and areas where it can be exposed to water.
To clean your piece, lightly brush off any dust with a soft brush or dry cloth. Do not use sprays or wet cloths to clean your art.
